A Day in the Life of Yashua
These are five stories all based on one day in the life of Yashua/Jesus taken from the book of Matthew chapters 8 and 9. Yashua and His disciples sail across the Galilee and meet up with a demon-possessed man whom Yashua delivers. The man wants to follow Yashua, but Yashua tells him to go back to his town and be a witness of the glory of YHVH/God to deliver men’s souls from the enemy haSatan. Yashua then sails back across the lake to the town of Capernaum where he heals a paralytic then invites Matthew to become a disciple. Matthew invites Yashua and his followers to his house for dinner where the Pharisees rebuke Yashua for eating with tax-collectors and sinners. Yashua replies that the healthy don’t need a doctor, but the sick. In the meantime Jarius, the local synagogue leader’s daughter lingers on the threshold of death. Being told of Yashua and the miracle He has performed in the healing of the paralytic, Jarius goes in search of Yashua to restore his daughter. He finds Yashua at Matthew’s house and implores Yashua to come with him. On the way back to Jarius’ house Yashua heals a woman that had been unclean for twelve years because of a blood disorder. When they finally get to Jarius’ house the daughter has died, but Yashua knows the power of YHVH/God and raises her back to life. Oh what rejoicing in the house of Jarius!
There are many prophetic implications for us today in these sets of stories. I pray the Ruach haKodesh lead you on a discovery of revelation wisdom, knowledge and understanding as you listen and are encouraged by what you hear.
