Our Mission
Shirley and Steve Rees

The Bible has been relegated to dry and dusty irrelevancy and/or become a fluid document shifting to meet the current cultural norms.

The collapse of Biblical moral values, the disintegration of the family unit, and the loss of integrity are all products of a society in which the Word of God has ceased being a standard for life.

Harp and Story — The Peregrinnatti, our mission is to bring Scripture to life and relevancy. Music is what feelings sound like. The harp expresses the emotion of the story planting life truths deep in the spirit.

Our prayer is that the truths we express in music and story telling grow and produce much good fruit to the Glory of the Kingdom of YHVH.

Summer Tour — July 6, 2022

Tired but happy!
Welcome home!!

Isabelle and Jacob newly arrived from Australia

We are still in California, but will be heading east this Friday, the 8th of July, with our two Australian grandchildren. After two years of separation, it is soooo good to have them in our arms once more!

We are going on a ‘venture’ as Isabelle used to say. First to Idaho, then Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Arkansas and then Mississippi. Camping gear and kayaks ready and waiting to explore these beautiful parts of our country! Our son, Micah and daughter-in-law Angela are flying on to our place July 7, where they’ll pick up their truck and drive on to Florida where they are looking to settle.

While we have been waiting for our son and family’s arrival we spent the weekend of the 25th June with dear friends in Reno, Nevada and shared our new story experience, “The Journey” with their Beit Yeshua Fellowship.

The following weekend, July 2, we gathered with new and long-time friends in Rocklin, CA and shared “The Journey” with them. So many have asked if we have recordings of what we are sharing and it is our hope that after this summer tour is completed that we will be able to record “The Journey” and make it available to all who are interested.

We made the two-hour trek to San Francisco International airport on Sunday, the 2nd of July, (we are staying at Steve’s sister’s home while they are on vacation). Micah’s plane arrived several hours before Angela and the kids, so we picked up Micah and then waited and waited and waited. They were more than two hours just getting through customs, but what a joyous reunion when they finally did walk through those doors into the arrivals waiting area! They had been traveling for more than 30 hours — first 9 nine hours to Japan; a 14-hour layover and then another 9 hours to San Francisco. Anyone who has flown coach for long hours knows those seats aren’t exactly made for sleeping!

Thank you all so much for your prayers for our family! They and you are greatly appreciated!! Now for a home, schools, jobs and that a way will soon be made for the family dog, Axel, to join them.

We spent 4th of July together with Steve’s dad enjoying the traditional favorites of the day; bar-b-que, potato salad, corn on the cob and apple pie. Thank you ABBA, for this day YOU made for us to be together!

Joshua 1:9,  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
